Yes. Dimensions are 12 in × 1 in × 1/8 in and designed to sit inside most hat sweatbands. They’re minimally visible once installed. On some trucker hats, a bit of the cotton band may show near the sides.

Slightly. Adding ~1/8 in of material may make a hat feel a touch snugger. If your hat is already tight, consider using a hat stretcher for a perfect fit.

There are three strips in each package.

Typically 3–6 months, depending on wear time and how much you sweat. Replace when your hat strip looks dark/saturated or feels limp/floppy.

No adhesives. Place the strip inside the sweatband with the cedar side facing your forehead. To remove, simply lift the strip out. There’s no residue and it’s safe for delicate sweatbands. Strips are single-use and not washable or reusable.

Yes—latex-free and made from natural materials. Many cedar sensitivities relate to pollen, not the wood. We haven’t received reports of skin-sensitivity incidents, but everyone’s different—consult your dermatologist and use your best judgment.
